About Christine Baker
Christine delivers the highest level of professionalism, integrity, personal service, expert market knowledge/strategies to create a successful real estate experience for her clients. San Diego is made up of many micro real estate markets and Christine keeps up on inventory, pricing, new construction and other civic issues relating to home ownership and property values.
As a San Diego resident for over 38 years, she and her husband raised four children in the Rancho Bernardo/ Poway area and understands the importance of family communities and excellent schools. As empty-nesters she and her husband enjoyed the exciting urban lifestyle in one of the premiere downtown high rise condos before settling in Coronado. Living in different communities, building a ground up new construction home and remodeling projects give Christine personal experience that benefits her clients.
Christine is recognized as a top-producer at Willis Allen Real Estate, and one of the top 3% producers in San Diego County in 2021 and top 5% in 2022. She has received the recognition of San Diego Association of Realtors Excellence Award and has been a San Diego Five Star Professional since 2015. Christine has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, San Diego Business Journal and participated on numerous broker panels to share her real estate expertise and her insights in the luxury market. Many of her listings have been feature articles in San Diego Magazine, Locale Magazine and Modern Luxury.
Giving back to the community and helping others achieve success is extremely important to Christine. Despite her busy career, she serves as Past President of Friends of Downtown, a non-profit 501(c)3 that promotes and advocates for education by raising scholarship funds for San Diego City College students. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the esteemed University Club's Board of Govenors, a private business club in Downtown San Diego. In 2020 Christine was appointed by the California Real Estate Commissioner to the Real Estate and Land Use Institute Advisory Board.
